The Concierge Effect: Before and After
Homeowners
If you tuned in for our introductory post on Compass + JST Concierge earlier this week, you already know a bit about this exclusive program and what makes it such an impactful tool for sellers like you. However, at The Jenn Smira Team, we believe that sometimes, in order to fully understand a product’s potential, you need to see the results it can deliver with your own eyes first. And what better way to do that than to show you real Concierge before and afters — along with the data that speaks for itself?
If missed our earlier post explaining the program you can access it here!
Concierge Case #1: 808 K Street NE
Before:
What We Did: Painted the entire interior of house, installed new tile in the kitchen, painted cabinets, and ran small repairs throughout the house. Before we implemented the Concierge program to make the necessary improvements, this home sat on the market not selling. So, we took a step back, temporarily pulled it off the market, did all the work needed to bring it up to today’s standards (Concierge style), and staged it to perfection. It sold at list price the same weekend.

Concierge Case #2: 702 K Street NE
Before:
What We Did: Painted the entire interior, refinished all floors, installed new carpet in the basement, painted all kitchen cabinets, and ran small repairs throughout. Prior to Concierge, this house was very lived in. So, we polished it up with the help of about a 20K investment. The result? It sold for $114,300 over list price, ultimately closing at $1,029,300.
