Kevin is a 6th Generation Washingtonian and resides in Bloomingdale with his wife, Nicole, five-year-old daughter, Serafina, and twenty-month-old son, Merrick. Kevin comes to Compass from Nhabit Real Estate. Kevin acquired his real estate licensure in the fall of 2021, mid-pandemic, when many of his restaurant clients shut down and/or stopped ordering wine.

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience working in import, distribution and restaurants. He is Co-Founder and an Emeritus Board Member of Bike to the Beach, a non-profit founded in DC in 2007 that is now established in six cities and raises over $2 Million Dollars annually for local organizations that support children with Autism and Disabilities.

Kevin’s family has been involved in DC real estate since this mid 1800’s. His Great Great Great Grandfather William, a tin-roofer, owned properties throughout the District including 1401 16th ST NW, currently the Embassy of Kazakhstan, land at 1601 East Capitol ST SE, currently home to the Folger Shakespeare Library, and 1701 14th ST NW, just up the street from Compass!

Outside of Real Estate, Wine, Non-Profits, and family, Kevin is an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner. Kevin’s home in Bloomingdale abuts the soon to deliver McMillan Development, a project in which he is highly involved, including serving as Vice Chair of The McMillan Advisory Group and introducing the Mayor at the project’s latest on-site progress update conference.

He is passionate about healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices. Kevin routinely walks, runs, and bikes throughout DC streets. He is a, “streak runner”, and hasn’t missed a day of running, at least 1.5 miles, in over 15 years, dating back to September 6th, 2008.

Kevin is also running as an Independent Candidate for DC Council At-Large in the General Election on November 5th, 2024.
