Having lived and traveled all over the world, Kaushik decided to make D.C. his home after moving here to attend Georgetown Law and falling in love with the DMV area.
Prior to attending law school, Kaushik had a successful career working in the ultra-competitive NYC residential and commercial markets, but it was his move to the District that reignited his passion for real estate.
Kaushik’s extensive knowledge of the DMV housing market, acquired from living many years in various DC neighborhoods, serves his clients well – regardless of whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors.
His formal training as an attorney provides clients with a distinct advantage in negotiations and his tireless advocacy on their behalf ensures their interests are zealously represented in every transaction. When Kaushik isn’t busy working on real estate transactions, he enjoys playing tennis, watching soccer, and exploring the rapidly expanding culinary and mixology scene in D.C.’s diverse neighborhoods.
