Originally from Lancaster, PA, Katie graduated from Penn State University in 2018 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She began her career in television news in Savannah, GA, where she developed a strong foundation in clear communication, content creation, and engaging storytelling—skills that now fuel her ability to craft compelling marketing for each property and amplify the Jenn Smira & Co. brand.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, yoga, the beach, skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends. She brings a thoughtful, creative energy to everything she does—and is committed to elevating the agent and client experience through meaningful, well-executed marketing.
