Erica Breaux fell in love with D.C. while studying at Georgetown University and has called the district home for the last 18 years.

With over 13 years of client services experience, a background in data and analytics, and a commitment to open and responsive communication, she ensures her buyers and sellers feel informed and supported throughout the process. In her free time, Erica can be found checking out new restaurants or taking fitness classes around the city. She loves exploring D.C.’s ever-changing neighborhoods and all they have to offer. After years of living in Shaw, Erica and her husband recently purchased a home in Brightwood Park.
