Before beginning his career in real estate, Don was a high school teacher and later managed grants and contracts for the U.S. Department of Education. His background gives him a unique edge when it comes to negotiation and contract writing, and his clients benefit from his calm, confident approach and detail-oriented mindset.
Born in the Philippines and a proud U.S. citizen since his 20s, Don is also an active member of his community, serving on the leadership board of his children’s school. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him enjoying time with his family.
