We needed to sell and buy in DC while living in California in the spring of 2022, so the market was very tough but Isabella expertly guided us and offered help and support every step of the way. She arranged very sleek and modern staging services, which she oversaw to make sure the style was just right, she arranged a skilled inspector to do walk through inspections for us and FaceTimed throughout, she connected us with contractors and painters and landscapers to achieve all of our goals even after we closed. She also has an excellent eye for design so she could help my husband see the vision for the house we purchased. Isabella is also just a very good, kind person who responds very quickly and wants to do everything she can to help you get the home of your dreams!
