Even on the closing day, Isabella stood by our side when our bank made a last-minute request for additional information which was not applicable to our transaction. Her intervention was very helpful to let the bank notice their mistake, allowing us to go ahead with the closing as planned. Isabella was lovely to work with, lots of energy and knew the DC area inside and out. She was very aware of new developments, what is coming to town, and what I should look out for.
