Our Best Thank You

With summer well underway and the market continuing to bring the heat, the Jenn Smira Team at Compass just hit another big milestone. This will mark the fifth consecutive year that we’ve been recognized by Washingtonian as one of the highest-producing teams in the region. And while we’re on the subject, it’s also worth mentioning that we were just named the 26th top-producing large team by The Wall Street Journal. Needless to say, this past year was one of the most challenging to date (for all of us), and we are so grateful for your enduring support. Without it, we wouldn’t be where we are today! So — without further ado, here it is: a heartfelt thank you from our home to yours. Thank you for the trust you place in us time and time again. Thank you for making every day more fun than the last. Thank you for being such an important part of the community where we all live and work. Here’s to the second half of 2021!
A Little More On The Process for Choosing Washingtonian’s Best
To arrive at the list, Washingtonian sends surveys to more than 50,000 Washingtonian subscribers and nearly 2,000 agents who made last year’s Best Agents and Top Producers lists. They asked both groups for the names of agents they’ve most enjoyed working with, based on a number of criteria, including market knowledge and integrity.
Who are Top Producers?
These are agents and teams who produced among the highest sales volumes last year, along with the places where they’re licensed. The list includes agents in DC, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Howard counties in Maryland, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties in Virginia, along with Alexandria.
