Andrew Law

A Southern Virginia native, Andrew Law developed an early appreciation for the traditional and classical architecture characterized by Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and Poplar Forest. However, it was during his education in Charleston, South Carolina that he discovered a deeper interest in interior design fueled by the historic city’s architecture, antiques, and decorative arts.

After receiving a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design at The George Washington University in 2000, he launched his Washington, DC based firm. Since that time, in addition to local projects, commissions have been completed in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, California, and Bangkok.

“An emphasis on architectural integrity is the cornerstone of our projects – residences which seek to convey a distinct and informed concept,” says Andrew. A well edited mix of antiques, art, and custom tailored upholstery combine with artisanal materials and millwork to create refined yet approachable interiors.”

Zoë Feldman Design

Founder and principal designer, Zoë has been decorating homes for more than 20 years. An accomplished freelance writer and designer, Zoë has been published by many national and local publications including Elle Decor, House Beautiful, Domino, Lonny, Better Homes & Gardens, The Washingtonian, and many more! Most notably, she was named one of the top ten 2020 ‘New Trads’ by Traditional Home for designers to watch & awarded ‘Best Boutique Interior Design Firm’ in 2020 by Home & Design Magazine.

Zoë’s design aesthetic is a modernized classicism influenced by art, fashion, architecture, and, of course, each individual client. Through a series of discussions and surveys, she learns the style, needs, and desires of the client (as well as that of the space) to create a timeless, functional, and unique environment. Drawing inspiration from the traditional style she learned during her New York training and education, Zoë works with clients to create a space to suit their personal needs. Her finely tuned knowledge of color, detail, and function allows her to work in a range of styles to construct a signature look tailored to reflect the space in which she is working.

Lauren Liess & Co

Twelve years ago, Lauren Liess & Co. was founded upon the idea of helping clients create homes that reflect who they are — homes that are more personal than perfect, more loved than lived in. While balance, proportion, and scale are key components to any well-designed home, Lauren Liess & Co. recognizes that they’re only part of the equation, and that the “je ne sais quoi” of a well-done home comes only from a true partnership between client and designer. They love nothing more than love the process of getting to know their clients, efficiently managing projects, and creating havens for the people they work with every day.
