Patrick Emad has been a DMV native his entire life, hailing from Potomac, MD. Patrick then went to receive a Dual Degree in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Maryland. Upon graduation, Patrick moved to DC and lives in Georgetown.

Outside of Real Estate, Patrick has served his community as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT since 2008. Patrick also enjoys all things fitness, snowboarding, mountain biking, and cooking.
