We purchased our first home with Isabella Pinto and Jenn Smira a few years ago and when we decided we wanted to purchase a larger place, we didn’t even consider working with anyone else. We looked at a handful of places with Isabella over the course of a few months and when the perfect place came along, they put together a competitive offer and we got the house we wanted before they even had their first open house (as our offer expired right before then!). She works with Danielle, who handles operations. There’s a lot of coordination that goes into purchasing a house (owners, agents, bankers, title companies, etc.); however, they made everything extraordinarily easy for us. Highly recommended!

We recently worked with Marc Ross and Erica Breaux on a double transaction that involved selling a rowhouse in DC and buying a single family home in Alexandria, Virginia simultaneously. Erica helped us navigate an extremely competitive single family home market and write the winning offer on a beautiful property. At the same time, Marc moved swiftly and diligently to list our rowhome in DC in record time, providing us strong counsel and securing us an offer in a matter of days. Also, I must give a shout-out to Erica who helped us navigate an (almost) nightmare situation when days before closing, a massive oak tree fell and came feet from splitting our new house in two. Erica moved swiftly to assess the damage and negotiated several contract addendums to make sure all the fixes were taken care of and that we closed on time. It was a stressful and rare situation and she stayed calm and guided us seamlessly. We can’t thank her enough.

Marc and Erica were simply outstanding. Our 944 square foot Capitol Hill condo (that Marc also helped us buy) was too small for a family of four, so we began looking in earnest for a larger place at the height of the pandemic in Spring of 2020. While we were living with parents out of state. Despite those challenges, Marc and Erica never missed a beat, and arranged virtual and in person tours on our schedule, gave us their candid feedback about properties, and helped us hone in on the perfect property. They also gave suggestions and budgets for certain upgrades or modifications we thought about so we could have an idea of the overall financial picture. They also suggested (excellent) names for contractors, landscape architects, and movers. Both of them really did go above and beyond the call of duty. For instance, Marc helped us facilitate a virtual tour of our condo while it was on the rental market. Erica made sure there was a lock box on our new place so an electrician could perform some minor (and socially distant) repairs on our new place prior to move in. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We hope to be in our current place for a long time to come, but if we need to make another move, we’ll be back to see Marc and Erica!

We have known Marc and Jenn since 2013 when we bought our first house and were fortunate to get to work with Erica too this time around. They are AMAZING!!
